We are committed to fulfilling your orders in a professional and timely manner. The orders and delivery guide below applies to delivery and assembly handled by Mattress International Pte Ltd (known as MIPL).
We accept payment via credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal, Atome and PayNow.
We also offer interest-free instalments (3/6/12 months) with UOB credit cards for purchases of $100 and above on our website.
Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an automated email with your order details. All processed orders are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable.

For isolated case of order cancellation, there will be a 3% bank charges and a $15 administration fee to process the refund.

2. We deliver from Mondays to Fridays from 10am to 6pm and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm.
4. Our delivery team will inform you of the delivery timing 1 working day before your delivery date via the contact number provided.
5. Our delivery fees are as follows:
- The standard delivery fee is $3.99 per trip.
- Delivery is free with a minimum order of $60.
- There is an extra $30 delivery fee for trips to Sentosa.
- There is an $80 delivery fee for clearance sale items.
6. We deliver to most parts of Singapore except for restricted locations such as prisons, shipyards, military bases, airport zone and Jurong Island.
7. We offer a one-to-one like-for-like disposal service (similar item and similar size) for mattresses, bed frames and sofas. Please refer to the section on disposal service for details.

All bed frames, sofas and home furnishing furniture (where applicable) come with free assembly upon delivery.
Staircase fees apply if our delivery team is unable to carry bulky furniture to your location via the elevator at the point of delivery (eg. unable to fit into the elevator / elevator not in service upon arrival / refusal of elevator access by building management).
We will assess at our discretion the feasibility of carrying the furniture via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner. Should delivery via the staircase be deemed safe, additional fees per bulky item will apply as follows:
1st to 4th storey
Free of charge
5th storey onwards
$10 per storey for each bulky item
Staircase fees also apply to:
- Stairs within delivery location (eg. landed properties, HDB maisonettes and penthouses)
- Disposal services
Staircase fees will need to be paid in cash to our delivery team before the commencement of the delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel any delivery/disposal service, in exchange for a full refund, if our delivery team has assessed that it is not feasible for the delivery/disposal to be carried out safely.
We offer disposal service for mattresses, bed frames and sofas purchased from MIPL. This disposal service only applies to one-for-one like-for-like items in the same category (eg. delivery of your new king size mattress and disposal of your old king size mattress).
This one-to-one like-for-like disposal service does not apply to the following categories and items:
- Bedding accessories
- Clearance sale items
You may arrange for this disposal service via the following methods:
- For placement of an order at any of our retail points, you can inform the sales person handling your order and he/she will note it down on your order note.
- For website orders, please indicate your requirement under Order Details > Disposal Service on the checkout page.
- If you require disposal service and missed the steps above, you may call us at +65 6496 9040 or SMS +65 9655 8688 on Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 6pm and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm to make an arrangement.
As we may have limited space on our delivery vehicles, do inform us at least 3 working days in advance should you need to dispose of your old mattress, bed frame or sofa so that we can make the necessary arrangement. We seek your understanding if we are unable to accept additional disposal requests on the spot due to limitations.
The following disposal fees apply if the item to be disposed of is deemed by our delivery team to be ineligible for the one-to-one like-for-like disposal service. As these fees are for general reference, our delivery team will confirm the actual disposal fee after they have assessed the item to be disposed of.

Please pay the disposal fee in cash to our delivery team before the commencement of the delivery. This disposal fee will include free disassembly of the item.
Staircase fees are also applicable for the disposal of old items if the lift at your delivery location is inaccessible.
To ensure that the disposal process runs smoothly, kindly provide sufficient space for the disposal to be carried out. Please ensure that all loose items (eg. decorative items, soft furnishings) are removed from the item to be disposed of before the arrival of our delivery team.
Limitations and Exclusions
We reserve the right to reject disposal of any items in the following situations:
- Item cannot fit into the lift
- Item is infested with termites, bed bugs or any other living organisms
- item mounted to the walls, ceiling or any fixed surfaces that are not detached from the mounting surface before our delivery team’s arrival
- It is a last minute request made during the delivery of your new product
MIPL reserves the right to cancel any disposal service at our discretion if it is deemed not feasible for the disposal to be carried out safely.
We do not accept exchanges unless the product is wrong or defective.
Please note that only items in as-new condition can be exchanged. We are unable to accommodate exchanges for items sold under “Clearance Sale” and “Display Item”.
Upon delivery and/or assembly of mattresses, bed frames, sofas and furniture, our delivery team will request for you to check to ensure that the product received is correct and in good condition. If you discover any defects, please inform us within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
For other items that are found to be wrong or defective, please also inform us within 3 working days from the date of delivery/collection.

The original sales invoice, delivery order and photo of the wrong/defective item must be presented upon the exchange request.
We reserve the right to reject any exchange requests that it deems as unfit. MIPL’s decision on all issues relating to exchange requests shall be final and conclusive.
