Modes of Payment

We accept payment via Atome, PayPal, VISA and Mastercard credit cards.

Order Confirmation

Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an automated email with your order details. All processed orders are final and are non-refundable.

*Some products within each category may take shorter or longer delivery lead times. Refer to individual product page for specific delivery date range.

2. Our delivery timing from Mondays to Fridays is from 10am to 6pm, and on Saturdays from 10am to 4pm.

3. We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
4. Our delivery team will contact you 1 working day before your delivery date via the contact number provided to inform you of the delivery timing.

5. The standard delivery fee is $3.99 per trip. Delivery is free for orders above $60. Please refer to the section on staircase charges for more information.

6. An extra $30 fee will be levied for deliveries to Sentosa.

7. For clearance items, delivery will be charged at $80 per trip.

8. We deliver to most parts of Singapore except for restricted locations such as prisons, shipyards, military bases, airport zone and Jurong Island.

9. We offer one-to-one like-for-like disposal service for deliveries. *Please refer to section on disposal service for more information.

For hand carry items, you may opt for the self-collection option at the checkout page. Self-collection is available at our MaxCoil Flagship Gallery located at 10 Changi North Street 1, Level 3, Singapore 498826.

You will be contacted via the contact number provided once your purchase is available for collection. Your order confirmation will be required as proof of purchase upon collection.


All bed frames and sofa sets come with free assembly upon delivery.

Staircase Charges

Staircase charges apply if our delivery team is unable to carry bulky furniture to your location via the elevator at the point of delivery. We will assess at our own discretion the feasibility of the furniture being carried up via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner.
Should delivery via staircase be deemed safe, additional charges per bulky item will apply as follows:
1st to 4th storey
Free of charge
5th storey onwards
$10 per storey for each bulky item

Please note that the staircase charges will need to be paid in cash to our delivery team before commencement of the delivery.

Staircase charges will also apply for disposal services.

We reserve the right to cancel any delivery or disposal service, in exchange for a full refund, at our sole discretion if our delivery team has assessed that it is not feasible for the delivery to be carried out in a safe manner.


We offer a one-to-one like-for-like disposal service during delivery. 

For orders on our website, please indicate at the checkout page if you require one-to-one like-for-like disposal service.

Please note the above disposal service do not apply to items sold under Clearance Sale.

As we may have limited space on our delivery vehicles, do inform us in advance should you need to dispose your old mattress so that we can make the necessary arrangement.You may contact us by phone +65 6496 9040 or SMS +65 9655 8688 during working hours from 9am to 6pm. We seek your understanding if we are unable to accept additional disposal requests on the spot due to space constraint.

Do note that the staircase charges are also applicable to the disposal of old items if the lift at your delivery location is inaccessible.


Exchange is available within 3 working days from the date of delivery if a wrong or defective item is received. You may call us at +65 6496 9040 or SMS +65 9655 8688 on Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 6pm, Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. Your invoice and delivery order will be required as proof of purchase upon your request for exchange.

Oversea Shipping

We currently do not deliver overseas. For bulk purchase shipment overseas, do email us at enquiry@mattressintl.com .
