Motorised Mattresses
- Use a mattress protector to guard against dirt, sweat and stains.
- Before cleaning or servicing, ensure the mattress is in a flat and stationary position, then switch off the power and unplug.
- Vacuum gently with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and allergens.
- Clean spills immediately. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid harsh rubbing.
- Wipe away detergent residue with a clean, damp cloth and air dry completely.
- Avoid abrasive materials and harsh cleaners.
- Test cleaning products on a hidden spot before use.
- Professional cleaning is recommended for stubborn stains.
- Do not stand or jump on the mattress.
- Keep the base, power cord and electrical components away from heat and liquids.
- Avoid sitting or placing heavy objects on raised head or foot sections.
- Operate motors for a maximum of 2 minutes within any 18-minute period.
- Keep the mattress flat when not in use.
