Installation
For orders with site survey and installation, please Whatsapp 9841 6900 and provide a picture of the window including floor to ceiling and wall to wall space around it. Pricing for site survey and installation is based on standard HDB and Condo windows, including wall to wall width up to 4000mm (4m) and floor to ceiling height up to 3000mm (3m). For width more than 4000mm (4m), there will be an additional charge of $10 per 1000mm (1m) for both site survey and installation. For height more than 3000mm (3m), please contact us. Special Request For Track Without Connector For track more than 1000mm (1m), connector will be provided for up to every 1000mm (1m) if track needs to be joined. For special order of track without connectors up to 3750mm (3.75m), please indicate request in Order Note. Staircase Fee Staircase fees apply if our delivery team is unable to carry the product to your location via the lift at the point of delivery (eg. unable to fit into the lift/refusal of lift access by building management).

Curtain Track
- Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth to remove dust and debris.

- Avoid pulling or forcing curtains along the track, as this can damage the mechanism. Gently guide the curtains along the track to ensure smooth movement without strain.
- Check the curtain track regularly for any signs of wear, corrosion, or loose components. Tighten any loose screws or fittings to maintain stability and functionality.
- Seek professional maintenance if the curtain track experiences significant damage or issues that cannot be addressed with routine care.
Single Track: Price is based on $19 per next nearest 1000mm (1m).
Double Track: Price is based on $35 per next nearest 1000mm (1m).
