Order & Delivery Policy
Modes of Payment
We accept payments via PayPal, Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an automated email with the details of your order. All processed orders are final and are non-refundable.
- Delivery lead time varies for each product, please refer to individual products for more information.
- You may indicate your preferred delivery date and timing and it will be accommodated whenever possible.
- Delivery timing will be confirmed 1 working day prior to the delivery date via the contact number provided.
- All deliveries from Monday to Friday (10am to 6pm) will be free (excluding remote and restricted locations).
- An additional $30 delivery fee will be incurred for deliveries on Saturday (10am to 6pm).
- An additional $10 delivery fee will be incurred for deliveries to Sentosa.
- No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
- Delivery is only within Singapore except restricted locations such as prisons, shipyards, military bases, airport zone, Jurong Island.
- For any delivery issues, please call or whatsapp us at +65 98416900.
- For hand carry items, you may opt for self-collection during check out.
- Self-collection is available at all PostureCare Mattress Gallery, please refer to store locations for more information.
- You will be contacted via the contact number provided once the item is available for collection.
- Your order confirmation will be required as proof of purchase upon collection.
All bed frames and sofa sets come with free installation upon delivery.
One to one like-for-like disposal service is available during delivery. Each additional item disposed is chargeable at $60.
Exchange is available within 3 working days of delivery date if a wrong or defective item is received. Your invoice/delivery order will be required as proof of purchase upon request for exchange.
