- The additional 5% discount on the second AI Smart Mattress applies when two AI Smart Mattresses are purchased in a single transaction. The second mattress must be of equal or lower value.
- Complimentary bedding accessories, including pillow and mattress protector, are subject to the applicable promotional bundle and availability. Type, design and value may vary.
- Complimentary items are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other products.
- Promotions are subject to availability of selected models, sizes, colours and configurations.
- Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other discounts, vouchers, privileges or promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
- Free disposal service is available on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis for mattresses and bed frames (e.g. new king mattress for old king mattress). Please refer to Orders & Delivery for exclusions and more details.
- All processed orders are final, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
