Please complete the form below and provide a valid proof of purchase to register for your complimentary mattress cleaning service.

Once your registration is submitted, our Golden Steward Service Team will contact you to arrange an appointment and schedule a home visit for the mattress cleaning service.

Eligibility

This service is available for customers who meet the following criteria:

• Purchased a DeRUCCI mattress, OR a DeRUCCI mattress and bed frame package valued at $5,000 and above.

• Purchased a DeRUCCI mattress, OR a DeRUCCI mattress and storage bed package valued at $6,000 and above.

• Purchased from an authorised DeRUCCI Singapore store.

Important Information

• Upon successful e-registration for the DeRUCCI Golden Steward Service, our team will contact eligible customers to arrange an appointment for the on-site mattress cleaning service.

• For newly purchased mattresses, the complimentary cleaning service will commence from the following calendar year after the date of delivery.

• Customers are entitled to one (1) complimentary mattress cleaning visit per calendar year throughout the mattress warranty period.
